From Kean University to the Electoral College

Frank Argote-Freyre, assistant professor of Latin American history at Kean University, recently cast one of New Jersey’s 14 votes in the Electoral College. He wrote about the experience and his ambivalence about participating in a process he regards as inherently un-democratic in the Dec. 19 issue of the Star-Ledger.
